Limited One Year Warranty
This warranty applies to Freedom Bag#8482; products that were purchased
for personal or household use. This warranty is not available to
commercial purchasers or owners.
We warrant that your product will be free of defects in materials
or workmanship, under normal use, for a period of one year from the
date of purchase. To assure the proper handling of your warranty
without delay, and to facilitate verification of the original date
of purchase, we suggest that you complete and submit this form immediately.
Should your product prove to be defective within the warranty period,
we will have the option to repair or replace your product at no charge,
or repay to you an amount equal to the purchase price of the product.
Transportation and/or shipping costs are not included in the terms
of this warranty.
This warranty will be void if defect is caused by accident, misuse,
negligence, including tampering, abuse, damage in transit, or use
for commercial purposes. It does not cover damage caused by anything
other than a manufacturing defect. This warranty excludes any relief
for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow
limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion
or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above
limitation may not apply to you. |
